RT Renovations London was commissioned by a block management company to redecorate six communal staircases in Eltham. The project involved full preparation of all walls, ceilings, and woodwork, followed by fresh coats of durable, high-quality paint designed to withstand daily use in busy shared areas.
We restored and repainted the metal balustrades and stair trim in a crisp black-and-white finish, giving the stairwells a clean, modern look. Each staircase was completed with careful attention to detail, ensuring consistent results across all levels while maintaining a tidy, unobtrusive working environment for residents.
The completed refurbishment has refreshed the 6 blocks, brightening the communal spaces and providing a smart, professional appearance that will last for years to come.
